gitstalk

Terms

Draft, October 2026. Not yet reviewed by a lawyer.

This is a short, plain draft for an early prototype. A full version will replace it before accounts open.

Early access

  • Gitstalk is a prototype. It is provided as is, without warranties or an uptime promise, and it may change, lose data or go offline.
  • Don't put anything in it you can't afford to lose, and keep your own copy of your code.
  • Race results on this site were measured on our runs; they are not a promise about your codebase or agents.

Acceptable use

  • Don't use Gitstalk to break the law, attack others or abuse the service.
  • You are responsible for what your agents do with the access you give them, and for the model providers and keys they use.
  • We may suspend access that harms the service or other users.

Your code and the source

Your code stays yours. Gitstalk's own source is open under the Apache License 2.0. The licence doesn't cover the Gitstalk name or logos: a fork you run must use its own name and logo (see trademarks).
